Before joining Coldwell Banker Robinson Real Estate in May 2009, Frank had a long and successful career as a property developer/manager in the Caribbean, first on Nevis, West Indies, then on St. Thomas, USVI. He is a member of the El Dorado Board of REALTORS®, the Arkansas REALTORS®; Association, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Frank holds a bachelors degree from the University of Pennsylvania and has lived and worked in El Dorado since his marriage to long-time resident, Candi Mattocks in 2007. |
